I worked at Pasha Group full-time
Amazing benefits. In this economy, that seems to be the number one cut I've seen. Here they value employee well-being, work-life balance, and understand the importance of the basics (compensation, work environment, having the tools to get the job done, etc.) The culture is also top-notch. A hands-on hard-working approach, with integrity as a core value. The company is also very pragmatic. They understand the difference between theory and practice, and bring a blended strategy to the table. I can only speak for my own department, but management definitely had its finger on the pulse. Most companies of this size often have too much red-tape to handle hot-button issues quickly. Not the case here. Pivoting is expected, and it is a great learning environment to grow both your skill-sets and interpersonal skills.
Every company has its problems, levels of dysfunction, areas for improvement, etc. There are always two questions to ask: Are they aware? Are the working on it? The answer to both is yes. A very self-aware company, which is essential to be able to take on your competition.
Advice to Management
I would recommend larger televisions in the conference rooms. I would also say some of the cube space not being used should be turned into additional conference rooms. There is a high demand, and not enough supply.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pasha Group (Reno, NV) in February 2017.
The company was very inviting and open. they described the position in full detail and truly seemed interested in my opinions and answered all of my questions. Overall - a great interview!!
