Close-knit company culture, great food. All locations are close together so you can easily pick up shifts at other locations if you need more.
Sometimes managers are more important for the numbers they make than the way they treat their employees or guests.
Advice to Management
Pay attention to your employees - we're the ones that create sales and repeat guests.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pasta Pomodoro (Sunnyvale, CA).
I submitted my application in person, and was immediately given a day to come back for the in-person interview by the general manager. The interview was based primarily on my previous serving experience and food/wine knowledge. The whole process went smoothly and the manger was very relaxed, which made the whole experience much less stressful than expected,
