    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at PatientsLikeMe.

    Interview

I first had a 30min phone screen with the hiring manager who mostly asked me questions about my experience to see if I had the relevant requirements for the job. They responded within a week to schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager, researcher, senior PM, and HR. All were 1:1 ~1hour each. Most of the questions were behavioral questions related to cultural fit and I had to do a very brief (~5min) exercise. Everyone was very laid back and nice, it was a bit confusing at times when I would be left alone in a room for 10min waiting for the next interviewer. I found it odd I didn't meet with anyone who would be a peer (ie other PMs) just senior level positions. It was also odd to meet with the HR person since she didn't tell me anything about benefits, salary, etc. and just asked very general questions. The one part that was rude was that no one every got in touch to let me know I didn't get the position; especially since they had been so responsive throughout the process.
