For a small business this company offers a solid benefit plan including 401k + matching, company paid health insurance, and a decent amount of vacation time.
Because it is a small company it can be hard to use the vacation time, alot is required of each employee. Management can tend to micro manage each aspect of the business.
Advice to Management
My advice would be to not be so hard on its employees, and to use alternate methods to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace.
