Patrice Rice has an entrepreneurial background with a history of building successful businesses. Her hospitality career began in the hotel industry where she was the Sales Manager for the Holiday Inn and the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Lord Baltimore Hotel in the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Her entrepreneurial career started when she opened Chesapeake Cruising, the largest fleet of powerboats for charter on the Chesapeake Bay. She became the first woman Captain on the Chesapeake and launched the industry of corporate entertaining on luxury yachts in the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Patrice then purchased and operated a marina restaurant from when she further developed a catering service specializing in the yachting industry.
Patrice & Associates opened in 1989 and has grown to be one of the largest hospitality recruiting firms in the country. For over 20 years, Patrice has been a staffing partner with some of the largest corporations providing hospitality managers at all levels.

How does this model work where I live?
Safety Net – you are free to work the entire country! Other franchise models limit your revenue generation to a defined territory.
How long does it take to cash flow?
Safety Net – we have clients, you are in business from day 1 of training so cash flow is faster than other models! Other franchise models teach you what to do, how to do it and say "good luck" go do it. That's the scary part. How long will it take you to identify the decision maker and get them to return your calls or schedule an appointment to have the opportunity to sell your product or service. Patrice had a recruiting organization for 20 years before she began franchising so she already had signed agreements with companies like Panera Bread, Golden Corral, Applebees, Burger King, etc. So her agreements were now her franchisees agreement. When a franchisee comes to training there are over 600 jobs to work on from day 1 so CASH FLOW IS FASTER THAN ANY OTHER MODEL. Many franchisees have cash flowed their business a few weeks after training.
How will this model be affected by the economy?
Safety Net – We are not affected by the economy! Hardly no one packs their lunch to go to work or school anymore. Remember Carry Out? Now it's curb side service - you don't even have to get out of your car! Someone may not stay in a 5-Star hotel but they will have breakfast at Dennys, cocktails at TGI Fridays, take their kids to lunch at Taco Bell at the mall and go to the movies. Food in America is here to stay and is not affected by the economy!
