Benefits are great - vacation, flextime, work-life balance. Most people were very nice to work with (aside from issues in management). Most people are dedicated to their work and are willing to help you.
management needs an overhaul; tend to be one-sided without finding the facts and doesn't take the time to find out each side of the story. If the management could be fixed, would be a great place to work.
