I worked at Paul's TV full-time (More than 5 years)
Paul's TV paid decent salaries, had a clear chain of command, and most people responded quickly to emails. Lots of projects to keep busy.
Went out of business. Couldn't compete well with the internet. Over bought some products, and then wouldn't sell at enough of a reduced price to get rid of them.
Advice to Management
Pay attention to the people on the front lines. Provide your employees with all the "tools"they need. Cut your losses.
