Implementation Project Manager
I’ve been working at Paycor for about 3 years now under the Implementation department. I love my role but I can’t deal with the clients anymore. I have 9 years of work experience under my belt and want to move into a role more focused on organizational development which is under HR. I obtained my MBA focusing on org dev in 2020 and have been looking for a way to move into that area since. My question is what type of role should I be looking for? The depts are so different and I’m lost.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paycor (United States)
InterviewReceived an email for an introductory phone call and spoke with someone from HR. Later that day I received another email to interview with the hiring manager. That went well. A week later, I received an email for a panel interview. That went well, even though in both interviews I was asked if I knew NetSuite, despite the job description never referencing it. The interview ran longer than the allotted time so I didn't get to ask what the next phase was. After about two weeks I emailed the first HR person I spoke with to learn of the job status and I never heard back. It's going on a week now. Something disconcerting about a company that specializes in HR software yet the company's own HR staff leaves something to be desired.
