    Application

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paylocity.

    Interview

    Basic initial phone screening. The recruiter referenced the wrong person, disconnected in the middle of the interview after ceasing to respond, and hung up unexpectedly without attempting to call back and continue the interview. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Paints a very poor image of the company. If a candidate does not seem like a good fit for the position you complete the interview anyway, or at least express that statement and end the interview professionally, not simply hang up the phone. Disgraceful behavior!
