While we’ve been privileged to thrive as a business and in our personal lives, many of those in our local communities have not. Many families and children have limited seasonal access to meal assistance. Of the more than 21.5 million U.S. children eating free or reduced school meals, only 3.5 million are accessing a summer feeding program, leaving millions of children unserved.
We knew there was no better time than the summer season to be making a difference giving back at our local community food banks across the three cities of Austin, Houston and Atlanta.
Paymetric has contributed to more than 31,000 pounds of food sorted and 26,000 meals on three summer days in 2014 alone. We are excited about the impact we are making for our neighbors as we look ahead to the future company growth and an increased commitment to giving it back.

Advice to Management
There seems to be a lack of balance between developing long term high value customers and making sales as quickly as possible. Some sales should be delayed to maximize value to both the client and Paymetric.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paymetric (Roswell, GA) in December 2013.
The Paymetric Interview process was very professional and thorough, yet quick. After the initial two calls with HR and the recruiters, meetings were set up with key stakeholders within a couple of days. Each person I met with had specific questions and a agenda set. They were clear about expectations, requirements and the position itself. I met with the CEO, CFO, Sr VP of Sales, VP of Engineering, and peers in my position. Every timeline was met, and an offer letter was expedited. It was the best interview process I had ever been through.
