I have been working at Payscape full-time
I recently started at Payscape and I'm not going to lie, the training and the management is phenomenal.
They teach you how not only to sell more strategically, but also to succeed and be great at it! They push you because they want to see you succeed. They offer great incentives and perks which is a nice add on.
The people are great, and they encourage you to have fun at work.
You're not micromanaged, and they want you to be self-sufficient, though always encourage you to leverage and use the people around you, inside and out, so you can be successful. If you need help with anything, they don't leave you in the dark to 'figure it out'
So far, no cons to this point.

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Payscape (Chattanooga, TN) in June 2015.
Relaxed and informative. Phone screening then personality test and then a face to face and then some follow up discussion. Job offer, weighed against other offers and this came out on top. The opportunity for advancement was made known in conversations following interview which was the cherry on top.
