Why Payscape?

"For a number of reasons.  First, I was looking for a company where I felt like I been that in spades.  I really liked the idea of working and building a network of connections in the technology space, and Payscape's fitted in from a cultural aspect and where I would be able to enjoy my coworkers.  Payscape has strong movement into the world of E-commerce, software, and technology integration opens up unlimited opportunity for a person whose job and wallet size are so directly related to finding new and creative avenues and pipelines for doing business.  Lastly, I was very attracted to the compensation opportunities.”

What do you do? 

"I am an outside sales rep here at Payscape.  I manage a few of our banking and software integration partnerships.  I am tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with the different partners I manage in order to drive referrals and close accounts with mutual clients."

"The unlimited freedom and ability to develop business opportunities that I would otherwise be pidgeon-holed out of by a limited sales territory or product selection."

"Fun and Fast-Paced!" 

What advice would you give to people who want to work here?

"Payscape is the quintessential 'work hard, play hard' company, but the work comes first.  Those who are looking for a simple 9-5 without much effort or responsibility are not well suited for a sales job here.  There are not any outside sales reps who have been at Payscape for 18-24 months who don't make north of at least $100k or much more, but there is a period of very hard work and relentless effort that is necessary before that."

What do you do?

"I review merchant accounts, find services that could be better for the merchant’s business type, resolve any customer concerns, communicate with sales reps and district sales managers when issues arise, immediate internal contact for reps and managers, manage accounts and provide customer service."

"I design and write software applications for small businesses. These applications all operate around different types of e-commerce and help small businesses operate more efficiently."

    I have been working at Payscape full-time (Less than a year)


    This is by far the best company culture I have ever experienced. Everyone is family. Upper management is always looking to help you succeed. If you work hard, you will definitely see the reward. Lots of fun working here! Payscape is constantly growing and they love to promote from within so it is a great time to get on-board.


    If you are not self-motivated, you will not succeed. Have to be willing to work around here. People may get distracted by the awesome culture.
