    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Payscape (Saint Louis, MO) in December 2017.

    Interview

Fairly typical beginning with a phone screen with HR followed by a call that was scheduled with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, the hiring manager chose to skip the call we had scheduled without cancelling and follow-up emails to the HR person with whom I spoke have gone unanswered. For a company in an industry that is all about customer service and responsiveness, this lack of professional communication is a red flag in my mind.

    Interview Questions

    • Fairly typical phone screen questions to ensure that I knew how the payments industry worked.   Answer Question
