I worked at Peñoles full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, fair payment, nice place to work.

    Cons

It doesn't have a very good balance between personal life and work, most of the time you'll find yourself working over time.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Peñoles (Torreón, Coahuila (Mexico)) in April 2012.

    Interview

Long and painful.... lot of tests were applied (physichological, skills, medical, Etc..) , I waited for 2 months just to hear from them, but already inside I noticed that it depends a lot in the company's need of hiring so it can be really fast... sometime in a matter of weeks

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

smooth, there was no margin to negotiate but the offer wasn't bad at the time
