Training & Development
Knowledge is power and Peabody Properties believes that their employees are their most valuable assets. Our in-house training program not only motivates employees to improve, but also gives them the tools and knowledge necessary to do so with a blended-learning approach.
Classroom trainings help develop the work-related skill set and person development attributes that promote success in every aspect of your job. Online trainings are offered to every company employee on an unlimited basis through our partnership with Grace Hill, as well as a menu of hands-on trainings for maintenance, a peer-pal mentorship program and soft skills trainings in our corporate training facility (Peabody University).

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Peabody Properties (Boston, MA) in April 2015.
Professional but in the same time you fell vey comfortable. The company always is open for their needs and the employee need. They person in charge is the right person to do this hiring process. She knows exactly what to do.
