I have been working at Peachtree Hotel full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice people overall, and at times can feel like a mom and pop business even though it's a corporation. Can be rewarding if you have the right supervisors.

    Cons

Some people in the higher up positions are a bit ostentatious, and rude. Very report heavy if you are in a salary position.

    Advice to Management

Very report heavy, and can sometimes feel a bit top heavy.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Peachtree Hotel (Starkville, MS) in April 2016.

    Interview

very unimpressed. Regional seemed unprepared and desperate. company has a lot of nice hotels in the area so I thought it would be a good company but again unimpressed. They asked me when I could start and he wanted me to basically start tomorrow with no relocation (or very little)

    Reasons for Declining

the manager seemed like he was desperate to find a body than building a team. I also felt he was distracted looking at phone, etc They have many openings on the website and that was a red flag to me.
