Thank you, each of you, for your candid reviews of Peak Campus on Glassdoor.com. I am grateful to those of you with positive things to say. I strive daily to make Peak an employer of choice and foster a culture where people matter most. As I have said time and time again, we wouldn’t be where we are today without each associate around the country owning it, being the best, doing the right thing and providing industry leading customer service. I am honored to work alongside each of you every day.
I also value the feedback from those of you who came to this site to get an unpleasant experience off of your chest and those of you who provided constructive feedback for our Company. Training and Development
We offer a variety of training programs to jumpstart an individual’s needs or accelerate their growth. Whether it includes working with an executive coach or being paired with a mentor, we invest in our own and encourage learning and growth so we can continue to internally promote a high number of associates every year.
We offer our employees the opportunity to give back to our communities through our philanthropic program, “Peak Cares.”
Whether it is volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House or reading to at risk children through “Everybody Wins,” Peak encourages employees to come together and participate in giving back to the communities in which they serve. Peak Cares offers a company-wide challenge that encourages our entire portfolio to provide charitable services towards local organizations. Throughout the year, various stories and pictures around the country are shared with our Peak Cares committee. One charitable organization is selected as Peak’s service partner of the year, and the property that volunteered with the organization is selected for the “Spirit of Service” award, which is presented at the Annual Leadership Conference. The properties also organize “Clean out for a Cause” during move-out and move-in so that residents can donate items to local organizations, as well as donation of toys to “Toys for Tots” during the holidays. In addition to volunteer opportunities, Peak offers fun activities for all of its employees for team building or to simply get a break from the office.

I have been working at Peak Campus full-time
I am a current employee at the corporate office at Peak Campus. My first two weeks here was such an amazing experience. The culture here is unlike any other company I've worked for, as they truly invest in you as a person and employee. "People Matter Most" is their motto and as soon as you walk in the office doors, they immediately welcome you and treat you like family. My team goes out of their way to help me onboard and ensure that I get the proper tools and training for my role. Also, all Senior leadership and directors know you by name and have an open door policy. When you're working with people who have been with Peak Campus for 5-10 years, it speaks volume about the company and how they treat their employees. I am so blessed to be a part of the Peak Campus family and look forward to what my future holds here.

Advice to Management
Continue investing in your employees. You're doing such a phenomenal job managing and being intentional with your staff.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Peak Campus (Columbia, SC) in September 2017.
The interview process was awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with all of the different people throughout it. I absolutely loved finding out about the company's culture and how much it related to the person I am in general.
