I have been working at Peak Health Solutions full-time (More than a year)
I've been working for Peak (a part of AMN Healthcare) since April of '16. I've been assigned to the same client, which I believe is one of Peak's largest (a large site based in San Diego) since starting there. For the most part, it's been a problem-free job. I enjoy my autonomy and independence and over time, I've felt more supported (when needed). I haven't experienced a problem with not being able to make 40 hours a week and in fact overtime has been offered from time to time, particularly for holidays (though working on holidays has not been mandatory, just offered). My manager and leads are very easy to deal with and never make you feel like asking a question is a bad thing. They are generally positive and express their thanks to the staff for a job well done.
A couple of areas I'd like to see improve . . . I did receive a salary increase last year but it was a bit smaller than I'd have liked and also was just presented as "here's your salary increase". There was no performance review that went along with it, in fact I've had no performance review since I started working with Peak. Another area that is lacking, in my opinion, is vacation time. Only two weeks of PTO are given per year (though sick leave is a separate bank so you don't need to worry about using your vacation time when you are sick). I'd like to see a graduated vacation accrual, where if you stay with the company. you are rewarded with increased PTO time.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Peak Health Solutions in March 2017.
The recruiter was great to work with, very responsive to emails and questions. The manager I interviewed with was great. The process was all very easy. Everyone was very responsive during this part of the process. There was a test that was a good/difficult test and I felt like I would be working with a competent group of coworkers who also did well on the test. One of the better companies to interview with hands down.
