I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?

Role at WPP OpenX new company ? I was approached for regional role. I’m still wrapping my brain around the model. Seems good? Always hard to say from ppt slides vs reality. Any thoughts or insights? What’s the culture like? Vision? Leadership? Any pros/cons appreciated

I applied online. I interviewed at Pearl Lemon (Australia) in Sep 2022
InterviewI applied online and was invited to complete another application, which involved creating a video. This application was easy but once I finished, I noticed some strange things about this company. First, to inform someone I had applied by messaging them through WhatsApp. This seems unprofessional. Second, the video by the CEO was weird. Third, the thank-you email was cheesy and strange. Fourth, their values include working on the weekends sometimes. Fifth, I applied for a paid internship, but you have to do 3 unpaid trial days and then you get $100 in the first month. That's not much at all.
