It was a job and they are hard to come by in Cleveland. Great working with most of the staff and customers.
Owner is crazy. He fires people on a whim, there are many highs and lows, always out of stock of product, always changes mind, constantly problems, you never know what you are going to get. At last count in a 2 year time period (with only 22 employees) there was a 90% TURNOVER!
Advice to Management
Start placing value on the staff you hire. Give them a chance and LISTEN. The owner has a great ability to hire smart people, problem is if you are smarter than him and not a YES man, you are done.
