Full-time benifits. Paid meals. Set schedules. Great management. Team work environment. Flexible with emergencies. Promotions available.
Promotions can be hard to do if short staffed.
And hiring unmotivated/unqualified people tend to happen sometimes. But fired.
Advice to Management
Instead of letting an inappropriate worker go through 30/60/90 day and then fired, they should be able to fire after 30 day review.
I met with several IT staff members at a very informal setting where they asked about my previous experience. It was more a meeting to feel out how I would get along with the team than anything else.
