Company updates

We are excited to announce the leadership team members of our three initial Pediatrix Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) — a Women’s ERG, a Multicultural ERG and an LGBTQIA+ ERG. Our Employee Resource Groups come together based on a common interest or background and will help guide the implementation and execution of our Pediatrix Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. They will work on things such as hosting guest speakers or events for cultural months/holidays, forging relationships to recruit at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and creating opportunities for employees to develop and further their learning and cultural competency. Because the ERGs will work with our DEI team, it was important that we select individuals with strong expertise and passion for enhancing our culture and cultivating employee inclusion and belonging. Please join us in congratulating the appointed leaders!

We are celebrating the incredible women in pediatric, neonatology and women’s health at Pediatrix®! Thank you to all of our dedicated clinicians who work tirelessly to ensure we take great care of the patient every day in every way. Today, some of our clinicians talk about what inspires them and what it means to be a woman in health care today!
