I have been working at Peking Handicraft full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great hours and no one works on weekends. Good work life balance. No one stays after 6:30pm.

    Cons

The previous reviewer made such an accurate account of what is the main issue at Peking. Get rid of the two bad seeds!

Only the VP of Design is professional, and everyone is the company knows this fact. Every time I don't understand something, she will explains things very clearly to me. and encourages me to constantly think out of the box. She made some great changes in the design process that made the team a lot more efficient.

Everyone is scared to ask the other two VPs questions. I wish the other two teams report to the VP of Design instead. The company will be so much more productive.

    Advice to Management

Please get rid of the two bad seed! They are killing your company.
