These (3) main driving factors are what guides our team daily. The importance of culture within one another extending out to the serivces we provide is what keeps our business growing.
Penguin Air & Plumbing enjoys giving back to our community because we know a thriving community is a happy community! This was our sole purpose for starting Penguin Air Cares.
Penguin Air Cares is an on-going program where we partner with local charities and relief efforts to give back. Our program started out as a seasonal effort with one big event annually every December in observance of Christmas. Starting in 2017, we plan to expand the frequency of our efforts to a quarterly event, if not more.
This season we have partnered with the Arizona Department of Child Safety via their program The Giving Tree #DCSGivingTree.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Penguin Air & Plumbing (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2019.
Met the HVAC manager at a restaurant/bar to discuss my skill set. We met and had a very personal/intimate discussion. It was pleasant. The roles that were discussed were somewhat associated with my education and experience. I offered to be placed in the most useful role to the company to develop value as a new employee.
I later found that the role required more technical expertise than I shared that I could personally deliver without support. Although I was promised to get the support it was never really made available when I needed help in the field.
They have some very talented people on their team but may not be giving them proper incentive to help their peers.
