I have been working at Penn Foster, Inc full-time (More than 3 years)
I've been promoted multiple times in my few years with the company. Depending on your department, you can advance by putting in hard work and showing interest in learning new things. The work is work you can be proud of. Management has a genuine desire to help employees better themselves.
Compensation is not as competitive as some similar companies. Departments within the company are very segmented. For non-customer facing departments there are no bonuses or perks.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Penn Foster, Inc (Scranton, PA) in February 2016.
Was not grueling, more of a conversation than a question/answer interview. The conversation was mostly based around prior experience, why I was interested in the job, discussing salary, and then followed by a tour of the building and facilities. I was called back within 3-4 days to be told I got the job and that I would be starting with the new training class in a few weeks
