    Pros

Working with professors to better material, learn and teach concepts, work on research.
    Usually flexible hours.
Great chance to network with professors, employers, faculty, and research assistants.

    Cons

Can get busy with regular coursework that you are studying.
Have to deal with some students that are aggravating. Know when to escalate!

    Interview

The interview was very informal. It most mostly just paperwork and asking what my class schedule was for the semester and other obligations when I would be busy and would be unable to work. They then let me know what shifts were open and what I would be able to work.
