Advice to Management
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Penna (London, England (UK)) in February 2016.
The first interview was with the Sales Director and was reasonably informal but informative, ensuring that there was alignment between the role and my experience and motivations. The 2nd interview was with the with Divisional MD, this had a more traditional competency based feel to it but was largely unstructured.
