I worked at Pennsylvania Real Estate full-time

    Pros

Loved working for the company. Very thoughtful board and president. The staff is very welcoming and they are always finding ways to treat employees

    Cons

There are the usual cons which depend on the manager you have. There are a few managers that were very thoughtless and racists. A few who were snotty. But overall I enjoyed my work environment and found it easy to ignore those whom I saw mistreat others

    Advice to Management

Act on signs of racism swiftly and managers that mistreat those that they manage. it shouldn't take years for someone to mistreat someone and then they quit before you attempt to do something.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Pennsylvania Real Estate.

    Interview

I applied and received an email inviting me to an interview. I had an interview with the marketing director and she asked very general questions. After the interview I received a call one week later. Overall great experience.
