Great population to work with Most of the coworkers are caring and helpful Multidisciplinary teams
Middle management ignores staff needs, only tells upper management what they want to hear Bullies get awards and promoted while many who work hard and are caring are pushed out Upper Management has thier own building and company cars, carry a specific image that splits them from staff They are all about numbers even if it does not feel ethical to provider
Advice to Management
Get rid of bullies- they cost money in the number of employees that quit due to stress or are fired or secondary to being targeted or due to retaliation Become more family friendly Pay MAs and office staff a living wage Stop using fear and punitive measures If you have a mission to help those who have no ability to pay make the affordable care app easier and don't send to collections so fast
