Advice to Management
Keep supporting you whole tech team. Keep that the engine of the company. Keep the focus on them, where it belongs.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Pentius in January 2016.
I went to their offices. It was pretty serious, but they were clean and professional. No Foosball table or ping pong or anything. They had a few people interview me, including HR and programming and the product people. The questions were straight forward, but there were a lot of them. No trick questions like "how many people in the empire state building each a pizza each day," just regular questions about the obs I've had and my work habits
