The hiring process with Pentius was a positive one for me. Once I had submitted my application and connected with Christy the HR Manager, my interview was scheduled to occur in a few days. Christy’s communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering any questions I had regarding the position. The interview was conducted via chat (Skype) and was quite enjoyable as the interview right away challenged me to think critically, be open-minded, and look for the details. Once my interview was complete, Christy let me know that she would be in contact regardless the decision that was to be made. As a perspective employee, I highly admire companies that take the time to inform candidates of the end decision.
