    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at People Encouraging People (Baltimore, MD) in April 2015.

    Interview

I met with someone from the management team. My resume was reviewed and I was asked as series of questions based on my past experiences. The interview process was straight forward. No trick questions. I felt as if I was being judged on whether I was a good fit for the culture.
