Pay isn't bad for the work
Opportunities are all over the place. Just need to be willing to go get them.
Human Resources is terrible
Training is non-existent
Benefits seem to get worse every year
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at People's United Bank (Durham, NH).
Very straightforward. Professional but not intimidating. Simple questions on work ethic and character. Emphasis on communicating skills and customer service skills. The manager was very kind and easy to talk to.
