I have been working at PeopleMatter full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great environment- the benefits of having a fun and challenging environment make going to work pretty sweet. I love bringing in my dogs and everyone from the top down

    Cons

If you don't want to work hard and be challenged that would be a con for someone.

    Advice to Management

Keep up with the spirit and culture as we continue to grow. Keep doing what you are doing now! This company is very transparent with its' employees and all upper management are there for the right reasons.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PeopleMatter (Charleston, SC) in August 2014.

    Interview

Applied online and was contacted via email by a recruiter to set up a phone conversation. I was one of the first people she talked to, so she let me know she would have other conversations and then let me know next steps. After about a week and a half she invited me in for an in-person interview. I met with the recruiter, the manager, and 2 other people on the team. Then I got a brief tour of the office.

They got back to me about a week later to say they ended up going with someone else, but that they want to keep in touch for the future. Overall it was a good experience. The process moved along quickly, which I appreciated.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked questions pertaining to working in a startup environment. Like am I comfortable helping out with a bunch of different things that are not necessarily part of my job description, am I ok with working longer hours sometimes, etc.   Answer Question
