    Pros

They have two different ways to contact you for a job, one by texting you, the other thru Jobstack, you work a day get paid the next. Flexible shifts or hours

    Cons

Not all but most jobs, you have to have a clean background, the company does at times let you know but also get upset when you bid a job then back out of it.

    Advice to Management

Not all employees have a clean record, but have complied with all the rules, but yet are still condemned for their past.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at PeopleReady in November 2017.

    Interview

Met with a job recruiter and was asked many questions. But it was conversational. Office was very clean. But people ready is thinking about closing down the Lakewood office and people of Lakewood need this office to stay open.
