This position can be time-consuming and tedious. Since the pay is hourly, some seasons of the year yield more work (hours) than others.
Advice to Management
I am very happy with my supervisors but do suggest better organization, efficiency, and time management. It is also important to protect the internal validity of research studies.

It's a long process (4-7 interview touch points) and they try to really get a feel for your experience and how you'll fit within the existing team you're joining. You'll meet everyone, including the CMO before an offer is extended.
