Work-life balance and a fun team culture are given the attentions they deserve. Even though the company is Remote First, management places a lot of importance on the quarterly retreats and understands that having face-to-face time to bond with your teammates is critical.
There are a lot of fun, creative people here, but limiting the studio to only mobile games is wasting potential. I know switching to PC or console isn’t exactly simple, but there doesn’t seem to be much hustle in moving away from the cutthroat mobile market.
