    Pros

    -Extremely transparent company to work at with every aspect of communication; if you'd like to know something, simply ask
    -If you're looking to get into more activities culturally with a company they provide every opportunity to do so with associated clubs/wellness activities
    -Truly value their employees and their participation within company events
    -Direct Managers as well as executives provide autonomy to their employees and encourage giving you the chance to enhance your career and learn
    -Excellent work/life balance

    Cons

    -No 401k match
    -Health benefits are not great
