    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at Perdigão (Den Bosch, North Brabant (Netherlands)) in June 2011.

    Interview

First of all, I found this job through the recruiter, and the recruiter's team interviewed me first. They didn't tell me more details about the company. After that (I thought they found me good enough to go further) I got access to the company itself. I was invited to the company office and finally got to know the name and business of this enterprise. I passed through 2 stages of the interview (with the break of 2 weeks) and it was only with one person (the manager who would be my superior). The time when I went to the interview I was just graduated specialist without any of experience.

    Interview Questions

    • That is why the questions were mostly about my education and my private life (like where I live, do I have a boyfriend, what is my plan for the next 5 years, etc etc).   1 Answer
    • I was also asked about the salary of my expectation.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

Basically my case proves that we should always try our best. Especially when it is concerned the offer and benefits.
