    During the COVID-19 pandemic, many healthcare organizations have had to work quickly to address potential capacity challenges, communication needs, patient education opportunities, clinician staffing shortfalls, and more. PerfectServe is currently offering all customers free software and services to implement our Patient & Family Communication solution (which allows for automated outreach to patients via text message), as well as complimentary services to implement other best practices related to our clinical communication technology for COVID-19 purposes.     I applied online. I interviewed at PerfectServe.

    Interview

    I first received an email stating they'd like to interview me about a role I did not apply for. I replied that I would be interested but asked if they could send a job description for that position. This never occurred. Rather the recruiter said we'd talk about that position, too. The recruiter emailed 15 minutes after she was supposed to call me to say she was stuck in a meeting. We rescheduled. She gave me a time that was outside of the range I gave her, but I made it work on my end. Then, she called me 2 hours before that time. It turns out she had emailed me the wrong time. During the interview, I could hear people talking and laughing on the other end of the phone. She told me a manager would follow up with me during the next two days - this never happened. I was less than impressed with the professionalism of this recruiter. I hope this is not indicative of the overall company culture.
