I have been working at PerfectServe full-time (Less than a year)
PerfectServe is unlike any company I have worked for. Every one I have encountered has been nothing but supportive and encouraging, as learning the ins and outs of the technology can be challenging. So far it has been an exceptionally awarding career, and I love that my work makes a difference across the health industry and especially for patient care. I work in the Support Center but as I mentioned earlier, from Professional Services, to Human Capital and Tech Ops, every one has been so friendly.

Advice to Management
Keep the positive culture going, because it is contagious and it shows, every day. Continue the training classes ad continue offering that extra support for the new hires. I’ve been with the company for a few months now, and I am still learning something new every day. From what I have seen, every one there wants to be there and wants to do their best.
