    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Perform Group.

    Interview

Some guy with a strong spanish accent phoned me up and started a very long monologue about their company, goals etc. then throwed 100 of random technical questions - some can not be even discussed over the phone. It was horrible. The only useful information that I could extract from his half spanish half english monologue is that they don't release anything until they completed the new product (in 1.5 years team) so no measurement, A/B testing, releasing feature by feature. He promised a come back for sure either way but did not. Anyway I would not take it.
