Pros

New leadership on agency side who leans in and does their best to accommodate requests, and suggestions. Great pay and bonus structure, wonderful compensation, and strong team spirit.

Cons

Listen, no company is perfect, and having been in this industry for a while now, I can attest that the grass isn't always greener somewhere else. Cons? Large work loads, reporting could be more

Diversity Programs & Initiatives

If there’s one thing besides performance marketing that the Perform[cb] team is passionate about, it’s creating a better world for all!  To further the progress for diversity, equality, and inclusion in our communities outside of our work team, we often partner with local organizations such as the United Way, AMI Kids, and Mothers Helping Mothers.  Our CEO Erin Cigich also serves on the DE&I committee as a board member of the Economic Development Council of Sarasota County. 

Our team members can get directly involved as well!  Each year team members volunteer to sit on our Diversity Task Force.  The task force is led by our Vibe Manag

    Their HR person was nice, and it seems like the employees enjoy working there. The hiring department's interview was lackluster, I spent hours preparing and researching their company but they didn't seem to know what they were looking for in a candidate or what questions to ask. No offer or feedback provided.
