PDP makes some amazing products. The product teams really care about what they do. Great licenses with Xbox and video game titles. Some really good people, especially in Europe and in technical and product areas.
Lack of company direction clear communication from CEO. Consistently making the same mistakes as everything is always urgent and a last minute panic. Many company decisions do not make sense.
Advice to Management
Step out of the 1980's and look at modern working practices. Would really benefit from working on processes as everything is done manually. Would also benefit from celebrating (or at least acknowledging) success.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Performance Designed Products (New York, NY) in April 2017.
Talking about the resume and the daily working details at phone. At first introducing myself, and then he introduced PDP with a very former style, emphasizing the number 1 position in the industry , then emphasizing the salary.
