Interview
Performio's interview process is very thorough. Typically there is a normal screening call with the recruiter to determine initial fit and then a brief meeting with the direct manager. Then they do a longer interview to discuss previous work experiences, lessons learned, etc. There may be 1 or 2 other interviews with upper management dependent on position. This process really gives both Performio and the applicant a chance to learn about each other.InterviewHighs/Lows of previous work experiences related to the applied position.
