Cool place, inspiring people, great facilities including gym, basketball and racket ball courts. Interesting events where you get a behind the scenes glimpse.
Stingy pay. Manager was a huge arrogant, sneaky mysogynist and pit women against each other. He knew which women to play to keep in back pocket and if another woman questioned him or bruised his massive ego he would run crying to a higher up woman whom he had wrapped around his finger. There are nice people there for sure but a few bad apples spoiling the culture.
Advice to Management
Stop taking this guy at face value, do your homework before making snap judgements.

They want to know that you've done your research and know a lot about the faculty. You should be prepared to answer the standard advancement/development questions:
What is the largest gift you have secured?
What is your process to move a prospect through the pipeline?
How have you handled an unpleasant co-worker or client?
