A great company ,provides great benefits, salary is not that bad.
Certain upper managers don't provide any confidence. Don't provide courage or a push once you have performed a great job
They only for them to look goodvwithin upper manager.
Upper management or HR Team should request a training seminar for upper management on how to treat their under rmployees.
Advice to Management
Give incentive to employees.
Let employees know how well they are doing.
Communicate much better with their employees.
Leave their temper in the parking lot or at home.

One of the most unprofessional and lengthy interview processes I have ever been through - and all for nothing. After three separate phone interviews in February 2017 followed by an in-person interview at their Doral, FL HQ - I have yet to get a response on whether or not I got the job (ha!). Not even a "position has been filled" notification - just radio silence after I tried to follow up two separate times. It's unfortunate that their HR department is rude and incompetent.
