Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

    Easy Interview

I applied through an employee referral The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Persona Identities (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2022

The interview process was very casual, The first interview was a 30 min phone call, than the second interview was a 30 min Zoom meeting. I did not make it to the third interview but the experience was still rewarding. The company is still fairly small so they don't have the manpower for onboarding or training for the position yet but it definitely seemed like a great company to work for if given the chance.

Can you teach me something new.
