Pros
As others have mentioned, the founders are extremely down to earth and approachable; I really appreciate that about them. The company has been working to address tech debt. I do feel like the work I do matters, which is not always a given.
Cons
There is definitely a large amount of competition in the sector, but I think we have a good plan and feel good about the outlook. As with any company older than a month, there is some amount of tech debt; however, it's far less than older, more established companies. There are also people that are actively working on improving things, from deploying the code to scaling the databases.

Interview
First, there was a screening call with the recruiter, then a video call with the hiring manager, and a take-home assignment. There might have been more, but unfortunately, I did not make it past the take-home assignment. Overall, the interview process was great. the hiring manager and their recruiter were both easy to talk to and very personable.InterviewThey asked about my experience with specific tech stacks as they work primarily in the B2B space and work with target account lists. For the take-home assignment, they gave sample paid marketing data and asked you to analyze and figure out what actionable insight was available.
