InterviewThree interviews on different areas such as sales and values. Initially sounded like a lot but makes perfect sense according to their operating principles and values. The interviews mostly consists of open questions and scenarios you are asked to describe. One of the three interviews included a mock sales call that felt very relaxed and open. Overall very professional and well structured, you can tell that this company literally personi(o)fies HR and know what they’re doing.
