Politics dictate promotions. Second shift is rough on family life.
Advice to Management
Sell more trucks. Revamp promotion process. Redefine what a team lead position is. Yelling at people gets them no where when trying to properly train someone works better.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Peterbilt.
The interview was rather formal. Spoke with the HR department first on the phone. That was followed up by an in person interview with mid management. Second round of interviews was with senior management.
