Advice to Management
Many communication with employees and motivation to achievement, achievements awards to employees that the more motivated in their work
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Pfizer Ireland in January 2017.
First I got a call from the recruitment agency if I am interested in a position.
First stage—phone interview, few basic questions (what do you know about us, name few products, what products are produced in Grange Castle, how you handled previous conflict, how you behave when menager introduces new procedure, what is gmp), 5-10min
Second stage—assessment centre, 3hours. Hour and a half aptitude tests, 9min each test, you dont need to prepare for this, it is not that hard and on some tests there is way too many questions than you can acctualy solve in 9minutes. Than 15 minutes group roleplay (6 people), you get situation on paper, 2 minutes to read it and than you discuss it and decide what person from the text should do.
Third stage—interview with 2 supervisors, 15 min, they go quickly through your cv, ask few questions (what do you know about pfizer, why would you like to work here, tell me a time you made split decision, what do you do when you get new part of equipment, what standards are you using on your current job, what would be success for you after one year in this company..)
Stage four—medical examination and checking your references
