I worked at PharmaNet full-time (More than 3 years)

I worked for PharmaNet more so before the change to Inventiv so I can more speak to that. PharmaNet was a warm and kind culture. I very much enjoyed the people and my direct team.

I left right when management had changed. I missed the old team. Did not stay long enough to be able to comment on the new team.

    Advice to Management

Don't lose what was great about PharmaNet. The management loved the people and it showed.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at PharmaNet (Princeton, NJ).

Interviews were more of a getting to know you session. Focussed on matching skillset with the job requirements. The process was very slow. I requested a set salary and they initially refused to meet the figure. I forgot about them until they called perhaps 6 weeks later. One of the questions the recruiter had to ask me was the year I graduated and why I had worked part-time. I did question the relevance but was told that he was being asked for the answers to the questions.

Protracted. I had forgotten about them until they called about 1 month later
