    Pros

    Great culture, fosters growth, great opportunities. Employess are well versed and knowledgeable. Flexible work hours.

    Cons

    Senior management are busy looking after the bottom line. Out of touch with the employees' needs. They try hard to communicate the vision/objectives of the company. I trust them as businessmen but not as personnel managers.

    The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Phase Forward (Waltham, MA) in June 2010.

    Interview

    I had applied on the company's website.
    got a email from HR for scheduling the phone interview (technical)
    Phone Interview was Resume based and got email for on site interviews on the next day of phone interview.
    had 3 on site interviews the same day.
    first was by the same person who took phone interview
    he asked questions on c#, web services all of those were aimed on what i had written on resume.
    Second interview was some what technical with questions like
    what is OOP
    why OOP
    then they asked me to draw an object model of one of my projects on resume and explain the relationships between different objects.
    third was HR related where they asked about what salary you expect. what make you to apply for this position.
    got an acceptance email 2 days after the onsite interview

    Interview Questions

    • how will you approach if you are give a functional module which is dependent on other modules to work and it fails?
      how will you determine/find the failing dependent module quickly?
