    I have been working at Phase One CG full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Management is receptive to ideas and change.
    Phase one cares about the well-being of it's employees. For example, for benefits registration day, employees have access to a financial advisor, a nutritionist and a masseuse.
    The size of the company is a major pro. The team sizes are intimate. You are not just a number here, and you're not getting lost in the mix.

    Cons

    Many people do not know one another outside of their immediate team, people who are onsite every day so not have the opportunity to interact with internal operations employees

    Advice to Management

    Continue to bring employees together, obtain feedback from employees, incorporate a career management training

    Application

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Phase One CG (Washington, DC) in July 2016.

    Interview

    Two telephone interviews of about 1 hour each. One was with the Project Manager and one with the Operations Director.
    The questions during the interview were relevant to the role and there were also a few challenging questions. Both interviewers were very knowledgeable and experienced. Overall it was a very positive experience. Glad I did some research about the company and prepared well.
